General Conditions

  • Areas of delivery is only within Toronto & Greater Toronto Area (GTA) from Monday to Friday.
  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to any individual for any reason at any time. You keep in mind that your content material (excluding credit card details), can be transferred unencrypted and contain (a) transmissions over diverse networks; and (b) adjustments to comply and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card data is always encrypted at some stage in transfer over networks.
  • We have the right to change or modify any products from our website at any time without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible if some information is incorrect or wrong. The website is only for general information, providing overview about the store.
  • We are requesting customers that when there are changes in your order, customers should inform us within 24hrs before delivery date during weekdays, and during weekends, customers need to inform us 3 days before delivery date.
  • When placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state, you are not allowed to use our services for unauthorized purposes, you must not violate any kind of law in your jurisdiction , if you do then we reserve the right to terminate your services.
  • Any pending balance or error will be charge directly to the customer's account.
  • Products may appear differently in the picture, so please take time to read the basket descriptions.

Personal Details

  • All personal information submitted online is governed by our privacy policy.


    • This site and services should not be viewed or accessed if you are not at the legal age to make a purchase or drink alcoholic beverage in your province where you're located.
    • Must be 19 years of age and older in Ontario, Canada.
    • We require customer or recipient to present a government issued photo ID upon delivery.


    • All prices are subject to all applicable taxes according to federal/province/territory laws, price and delivery charges are subject to change without further notice. There are possibilities of errors in pricing & description of a particular image of a supplier. In this case we have the right to make changes in price.


    • We reserve the right to hold your order if there are multiple attempts on your card for paying the bill and for multiple orders with the same billing address and recipient address. In these circumstances we can change, cancel or hold the order. We will notify you through call or email to let you know about the order.

    Tracking Information

    • “Golden Gift Basket” will provide tracking # of your orders once they’re out for delivery.


    • All orders for delivery will be delivered by a third party in which we don't have any control once they left from our office.
    • Delivery time is 12:00NN-9:00PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday.
    • We reserve the right to apply and make changes for delivery fees.
    • By having a purchase at Golden Gift Basket, you are not entering into any contracts that guarantees a specific time. At peak hours, we reserve the right to extend delivery times.
    • It is vital that a complete address is provided such as building or house number, unit or room number, postal code, street, City and Province. For hard to reach areas please contact our customer care and provide us with additional information.
    • We are not liable for failure of the delivery where incomplete or incorrect details have been provided, these include addresses and postal codes. The onus is on the customer to check that the information is correct.

    Hospital & Other Health Institutions

    • If you are ordering for a hospital or clinic staff, please ensure that the health facility is accepting deliveries specially with flowers, plants or liquors. They may not allow it due to some allergies that may trigger to their patients.
    • If you are ordering a gift basket for a patient who is in the health facility, please ensure that they don't have any allergies to plant, flowers or anything that may cause them harm. Please call the facility if the patient is allowed to accept orders before placing an order.

    Hotel Delivery

    • Please provide recipient's complete details such as name, room or suite number, address and contact number.

    Same Day Delivery (Toronto & GTA)

    • For orders placed before 11AM EST, it will be delivered on the same day.

    Next Day Delivery

    • For orders placed after 11AM, it will be delivered the next business day.
    • For orders placed on Friday after 11am, it will be delivered on Monday unless the customer prefer the rush delivery.

    Rush Delivery (Toronto Area Only)

    • A fee of $40 for rush delivery (Same Day) for orders placed before 1:00PM. The order will be delivered within a 5 hours time frame.
    • A fee of $35 for rush delivery (Next Day) morning for orders placed before 5PM. The order will be delivered between 10AM-12NN.

    Change of Address

    • A fee of $10 for any correction or changes in customer or recipient’s address per basket.

    Single & Multiple Deliveries

    • We deliver gift baskets for FREE wherever and whenever for orders over $100 CAD per basket and location before Tax.
    • For orders below $100 CAD before tax, a separate delivery fee will apply per basket and per location.
    • Any multiple baskets that are below $100 before tax, a separate delivery will apply.

    Delayed Deliveries

    • In some situations where it's beyond our control, delays may happen at any time.
    • If you didn't receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will resolve the issue right away.
    • We will provide  store credit if guaranteed delivery date has not met for some reasons.

    Unsuccessful Delivery

    • If delivery was attempted and no one is at home to receive the basket, we’ll call the recipient if it is safe to leave the basket on the porch, reception or concierge. If the place is unsafe, we will bring the basket back to our office and re-schedule for delivery the next day.
    • If we cannot make contact with the recipient or the customer, through no fault of our own or the customer does not contact us, we can’t be held responsible for non-delivery if we have tried all possible methods to fulfill the order and unfortunately we do not issue a refund.


    • If re-delivery is requested, an applicable re-delivery fee will apply to your account.
    • We are able to re-deliver the gift basket for a fee of $20 and if there are any perishable items in the basket, customers are liable to pay additional charges.
    • If the customer refuses re-delivery and wants a refund, applicable charges will apply such as 15% for cancellation and processing of the order, delivery costs on the first attempt of delivery and tax of the total value per basket. The remaining funds will be refunded to the account of the customer.
    • If we are unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days, the gift basket will be considered abandoned and refund is not applicable.

    Returns & Cancellation

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the most of our products are perishable and for the health and safety of the food and other clients.
    • Any orders placed and to be cancelled are subject for a 15% charge of the total value per basket for cancellation and processing of the order.
    • If the gift basket is to be cancelled for same day delivery, the customer should notify us before 11AM.
    • If the gift basket is to be cancelled for same day delivery and in transit already, a fee of 15% of the total costs per basket plus delivery fee and tax.
    • If the gift basket contains perishable items for same day delivery and in transit already, the order can’t be cancelled and the customer is not entitled for a refund.

    Incomplete Items & Damage Claims

    • Any damaged claims are subject for inspection and investigation. We suggest that if the recipient received a damaged basket, the sender or recipient must notify us within 48hrs and we will conduct an investigation. Once the investigation has been conducted, we will decide if your claims are subject for refund.
    • We encourage the customers or recipients to notify us within 48 hours if you noticed that the products in your basket are incomplete.
    • If the customer or recipient failed to notify us within the time mentioned, the order will be considered complete and has no damage.


    • Christmas is the busiest season of the year and we suggest to order ahead of time to prevent delay of your orders.
    • We are trying our best to deliver your orders of your selected date but delays may occur at any time beyond our control.
    • We use third party for deliveries and we don't have any control once they left in our office.

    Refund Policy

    • All requests for refunds will be dealt on a case by case basis.
    • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

    Refunds are not applicable if;

    • If we missed the specified delivery date but the order still arrived. The customer is not entitled for a refund.
    • Customers received replacement items which are not described as per the basket description.
    • Once the basket is delivered with proof of delivery and the customer demands that the basket was stolen or some items went missing, we are not liable to refund.
    • Customer provided the wrong address or incomplete address. The order is not entitled for a refund.
    • In cases where it's beyond our control like natural disasters, weather conditions and the driver is unable to deliver the basket, delay in delivery, missed-delivery, recipient refusal to accept order, vehicle accident, public health crises, Strike, War & Pandemic situation.


    We treat our customers with respect and offer the best experience we can. We also expect that the customer will also respect our team, any email or calls received that are considered harassment, abuse and offensive will not be tolerated.

    If a member of staff feels threatened, abused or harassed, the call will be terminated and we may refer it to the appropriate authorities.

    Customer Care

    Our dedicated customer service team aims to provide you with the best possible customer experience. They aim to deal with all enquiries quickly and efficiently. Our office hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Saturday. Office hours are extended during the peak season.

    Orders & Substitution Policy

    We reserve the right to make substitution on any item(s) with an item of equal or greater value if any of the products is unavailable although our intention is to send what is shown in the website.
    However, some situations arise beyond our control (e.g discontinued products from suppliers or change in packaging without further notice).

    By accepting these Terms & Conditions, customers apprehend that gift recipients may also get hold of products which are “Not According to Order” or include “Substituted Items”. Further, customers understand that they may be not entitled for refunds/credit/replaced objects in such instances. It is agreed that it’s much more vital to have a gift/gift basket added on a timely foundation than to have the exact present that was ordered.

    Prohibited Use

    We prohibit you not to use any information which is available on the website for your own use, unlawful purpose, to submit wrong information, collect some personal information, to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability & wrong information. We reserve the right to terminate your services if someone violates above prohibited uses.


    We can’t guarantee or assure you that our service is error free and 100% secure, on regular basis we will make changes in our services so you will get secure get why and make sure our service is reliable and accurate, You certainly agree that your use of, or incapability to use, the service is at your own risk. The provider and all services and products added to you via the carrier are (except as expressly stated by means of us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ to your use, without any illustration, warranties or situations of any kind, both express or implied, inclusive of all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable excellent, health for a specific purpose, sturdiness, identify, and non-infringement
